1. Who these terms are with
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of removenegativearticles.com (the “Site”) and any reputation management services you purchase from Remove Negative Articles (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate from 3451 W 6th St, Los Angeles, California 90020, USA, and 36, Sector 5, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. You can reach us at info@removenegativearticles.com or +91 79058 50355.
By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase services from us.
2. What we do
Remove Negative Articles provides online reputation management services, including content and review removal, search suppression, crisis response, personal data removal, and reputation monitoring, as described on our Services and Packages pages. The exact scope of work for any engagement is the scope we confirm with you in writing before we begin — not everything listed on the Site applies to every engagement.
3. Not a law firm
Remove Negative Articles is a reputation management practice, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Where a matter genuinely requires legal advice — for example, a defamation claim or a right-to-be-forgotten request that a platform disputes — we work alongside licensed counsel, and you remain responsible for seeking independent legal advice on your own situation. See our Disclaimer page for more detail on this point.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Outcomes can never be guaranteed. Removal, de-indexing, and suppression decisions rest with search engines, platform operators, publishers, and, occasionally, courts — not with us. We do not control Google’s decisions or a publisher’s editorial policy, and nothing on the Site or in our communications with you should be read as a promise that particular content can or will be removed. Timelines we give you (for example, two to four weeks for a removal filing with strong evidence, or three to six months for suppression) are typical expectations based on past work, not commitments, and they can run longer depending on the platform, the jurisdiction, and the facts of your case.
5. Fees and payment
Prices shown on the Site are indicative ranges. Before any engagement begins, we confirm the actual fee for your specific case in writing. Where a service is billed per item (for example, a single article or listing removal), that fee is quoted separately and is typically payable on the outcome you and we agree to, as described at the time of quoting.
Fees for our services do not include separate legal fees, court filing fees, or other third-party costs that may arise from your matter; where these are likely, we will flag them before they’re incurred.
Refunds, if any, are handled case by case according to what we agree with you in writing before the engagement begins. If nothing else was agreed in writing, no refund is owed once work has started.
6. What we do not do
We do not create, purchase, or arrange fake or paid reviews, testimonials, or ratings, for any client, at any price. This applies regardless of what a competitor or a broker offers to do. Depending on jurisdiction, arranging fake reviews can expose the business that benefits from them to liability under consumer protection law (for example, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and BIS IS 19000:2022 in India) — that liability lands on the business, not on us, which is exactly why we won’t do it. If you ask us to arrange fake or incentivized reviews, we will decline and may end the engagement.
We also do not act on your behalf in ways that would require impersonating you, misrepresenting facts to a platform or publisher, or submitting anything we know or suspect to be false. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us to work with.
7. Your responsibilities
To do this work, we typically need accurate information from you — details of the content or listings involved, supporting documentation where relevant, and prompt responses when a platform or publisher asks a follow-up question. Delays or inaccuracies on your side can affect timelines or outcomes, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by information you didn’t provide or corrected late.
You agree to use the Site and our services lawfully, and not to use them to harass, defame, or suppress accurate information about someone else in a way that would itself be unlawful.
8. Confidentiality
We treat the details of your case — the content involved, your identity, and any documents you share with us — as confidential, and we use them only to carry out the engagement you’ve asked us to perform. We don’t sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail what we collect and how we handle it.
9. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and materials belong to Remove Negative Articles unless stated otherwise, and are provided for your use in evaluating and engaging our services, not for republication or resale. Any strategy documents, reports, or written materials we prepare specifically for your engagement are yours to use for your own purposes once paid for, but we retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying learnings from our work in general.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm beyond the matter we were engaged to address, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Because outcomes depend on third parties we don’t control (search engines, platforms, publishers, courts), we are not liable for a platform’s or publisher’s decision not to remove, de-index, or suppress content, or for content that resurfaces after removal.
11. Termination
You may end an engagement at any time by telling us in writing; fees already earned for work performed up to that point remain payable. We may decline or end an engagement — for example, if we’re asked to do something described in Section 6, if payment isn’t made, or if we believe in good faith that continuing isn’t appropriate — and will tell you why if we do.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site or an active engagement after an update means you accept the revised Terms; for material changes affecting an active engagement, we’ll tell you directly.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Remove Negative Articles office you engaged is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We’ll try to resolve any disagreement directly and informally first; if that doesn’t work, disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over that office, unless local law requires otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@removenegativearticles.com or +91 79058 50355, or by post to either of the offices listed in Section 1.
