The content stays where it is. What changes is whether anyone finds it.
Most people arrive wanting deletion. For accurate, lawful content — genuine news coverage, honest reviews, court records, old material that is dated rather than wrong — deletion is not available at any price.
Suppression is what actually works, and it works because of how people search. The overwhelming majority never reach page two. Content at position twenty-two still exists and is functionally invisible to a client, an employer, or a prospective partner.
How it works
Search engines return a limited number of results for your name or brand. Those positions are finite, and you are competing for them. Every credible asset you own and rank displaces one you do not. The objective is to own most of your own first page.
What we build
- Your own name or brand domain — the foundational asset, and the one nobody can take from you.
- Complete professional profiles — LinkedIn kept genuinely active, not created and abandoned.
- Regulatory and directory listings — bar council, medical council, ICAI, industry associations. These carry unusual authority for personal-name searches and are frequently left empty.
- Company records — MCA filings, ZaubaCorp, Crunchbase, IndiaMART, sector directories.
- Bylined content — articles, interviews and commentary in publications that already rank. The slowest component and usually the most effective.
- Google Business Profile — properly completed, with genuine review volume, posts and photographs.
- Structured data — schema markup that helps search engines associate your name with your professional identity rather than with an incident.
The honest constraints
Three to six months for visible movement. Not weeks. If someone quotes you three weeks, they are describing removal and should say so.
It requires maintenance. Suppression is a position you hold, not a task you complete. Any provider selling it as a project with an end date is misdescribing it.
It does not work for everything. Content with very high authority — major national coverage, heavily linked pages — is harder to displace. We will tell you at assessment when a first page is realistically achievable and when it is not.
Aggressive shortcuts cause damage. Manipulative link building and low-quality content networks can trigger search penalties that harm the assets you are trying to build. We do not use them.
What you own
Everything built under your name belongs to you: domains, profiles, published content, accounts. Registered in your name, with your access.
This matters more than people realise at signing. In a suppression engagement you are paying for assets. If the agency owns them and you leave, your rankings leave with you. Check this clause with any provider you speak to, including us.
What you can build yourself for free
Register your name as a domain. Complete your LinkedIn properly and post occasionally. Fill in every professional and regulatory directory that applies to you. Claim and complete your Google Business Profile. Make sure your company’s MCA and directory records are accurate.
That is the foundation of every suppression programme, it costs almost nothing, and for a modest reputation problem it is sometimes sufficient on its own.
Where we add value
Volume and sustained production. A suppression programme is a content operation — research, writing, placement, technical work and monitoring, every month, for months. Most people can build the foundation themselves and cannot sustain the rest alongside running a business.
We also handle the sequencing: which assets to build first, which searches to target, and how to avoid the tactics that cause penalties.
Reporting
You get monthly position tracking for the searches that matter, showing what moved and what did not — with the actual results, not a summary adjective. Where something is not working, you will hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
Is suppression what you need?
Not always. If the content breaks a platform rule or contains false statements of fact, removal may be available and is faster and cheaper. If the content is on page three and nobody has mentioned it in a year, doing nothing may be correct. The assessment tells you which of the three you are in.
Remove Negative Articles is an online reputation management company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; where a matter requires it, we work alongside licensed counsel. Outcomes depend on the jurisdiction, the publisher and platform policies, and results cannot be guaranteed in advance.
