Send us the links. We will tell you what is realistically achievable before you pay anything.
Most enquiries are answered within one working day. The assessment is free, and it sometimes concludes that you do not need us — we will tell you that too.

What to include in your first message
The more of this you send, the more useful our first reply will be. None of it is required — a single link is enough to start.
- The URLs. The actual links to the content you are concerned about, not a description of it.
- The name being searched. Your own name, your company name, or both.
- What you have already tried. Reports you have filed, replies you have sent, anyone you have contacted.
- Any deadline that matters. A funding round, a hiring process, an admission season, a court date.
- Whether the underlying complaint is accurate. This changes our advice completely, and we would rather know at the start. It stays between us.
What happens next
1. We look at every link you send. Not a sales call — an actual assessment of what each item is, which platform hosts it, and what grounds exist.
2. You get a written breakdown covering four categories: what is realistically removable and on what basis, what is suppression work, what you can do yourself for free, and what is best left alone.
3. If there is work worth doing, you get a written scope before you pay anything — the method, the specific policy or provision we are relying on, what triggers payment, the timeline, and what happens if content reappears.
4. If there is not, we say so. A firm that has never declined a case is not assessing cases.
Before you write to anyone, including us
Some of this you can do yourself today, for nothing:
- Search your own name in a private browser window. Your normal browser’s history distorts your results, which is why people often believe the situation is worse than it is. Check pages one to three.
- Screenshot everything with names, dates and URLs visible. Content gets edited and deleted, and this record cannot be recreated later.
- Report policy-violating reviews yourself through your Google Business Profile, choosing the category that matches your evidence.
- Request a factual correction from any publisher whose article contains a demonstrable error. Write to the corrections editor, not the newsdesk.
If that resolves it, you have spent nothing. If it does not, the documentation makes any professional case stronger.
Confidentiality
What you send us stays with us. We do not publish client names, and we do not use identifiable details in marketing. If you would rather discuss something before putting it in writing, call instead.
If you are being threatened or extorted
If someone is demanding payment to remove content or not publish it, preserve every message and do not engage on their terms. This may be a police matter rather than a reputation matter. In India you can report cybercrime at cybercrime.gov.in or by calling 1930.
Remove Negative Articles is an online reputation management company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; where a matter requires it, we work alongside licensed counsel. Outcomes depend on the jurisdiction, the publisher and platform policies, and removal cannot be guaranteed in advance.
