Three monthly plans, plus per-item removal priced separately.
Most reputation firms will not give you a number until they have found out how worried you are. Ours are below.
Read the section on what these do not cover before you choose one. It matters more than the price.
Basic — $299 to $499 per month
Individuals, professionals and small businesses.
- Monitoring across search results, review platforms and complaint sites, with alerts when something changes
- Your own name or brand domain, set up and owned by you
- Professional and directory profiles built and completed — LinkedIn, regulatory bodies, industry listings
- Google Business Profile claimed, completed and optimised
- A review collection process designed around how you actually operate
- Monthly report with actual search positions, not summary adjectives
Best for: a professional with an empty or weak first page, or a business that wants the foundation built properly before a problem appears.
Business — $999 to $2,999 per month
Growing companies with an active problem.
Everything in Basic, plus:
- Active suppression — sustained content production to displace unwanted results
- Removal filings included: platform policy complaints and grievance officer complaints under the IT Rules 2021
- Publisher correction requests where an article contains a documented factual error
- Multi-platform review management across every profile you hold
- Response drafting, written for future readers rather than the complainant
- Priority handling if something escalates
Best for: a first page with something on it you need moved, or steady review pressure across several platforms. This is where most engagements sit.
Enterprise — $2,999 to $4,999 per month
Brands, multi-location operators and public figures.
Everything in Business, plus:
- Consolidated management across multiple locations, brands or executive names
- Entrenched and high-authority content — the results that resist ordinary suppression
- Crisis capability: same-day read, written plan within 24 hours
- Coordination with your legal counsel and communications team
- Discreet handling, with confidentiality terms in writing
- Named point of contact rather than a ticket queue
Best for: reputation generated continuously and at scale, or a situation with genuine public exposure.
Per-item removal, priced separately
Retainers cover ongoing work. A single review or link is not ongoing work, so we do not make you buy a month of it.
Individual removals are quoted per item and payable on outcome. The price depends on the platform, the strength of the evidence, and how long the content has been up. Send the link and you will get a figure before you commit to anything.
What you get in writing before you pay: the specific policy or provision we are relying on, what exactly counts as removed, the timeline, whether re-removal is included if the content reappears, and an honest read on the odds.
What no plan includes
This is the section other pricing pages leave out.
Removal of an honest negative review. A real customer’s genuine opinion cannot be removed by us, by a lawyer, or by anyone charging you for it. If that is your situation, the Basic plan and a review collection process will serve you better than any removal fee.
Removal of accurate journalism. A published article from a legitimate outlet stays. What we can pursue is a correction where there is a factual error, and suppression underneath it.
Guaranteed outcomes. We do not control Google’s decisions or a publisher’s editorial policy. Anyone who says otherwise does not either.
Legal fees. Where a matter needs an advocate, those costs are separate and quoted by them, not folded into our number.
Purchased or fabricated reviews. Not at any price. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the BIS standard on online reviews (IS 19000:2022) this carries real exposure, and it lands on you.
Before you buy anything
Take the free assessment first. Send the URLs and within one working day you get a written breakdown in four categories: what is realistically removable and on what grounds, what is suppression work, what you can do yourself for nothing, and what is best left alone.
A meaningful share of assessments conclude that the person does not need a retainer — sometimes that they do not need us at all. We would rather tell you that than sell you a plan you will cancel in three months.
Honest timelines
- Removal filings with strong evidence: typically two to four weeks
- Suppression: three to six months before visible movement, and it requires ongoing work to hold
- Crisis response: same working day for the initial read
- Anyone quoting three weeks for suppression is describing removal and should say so

Remove Negative Articles is an online reputation management company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; where a matter requires it, we work alongside licensed counsel. Prices shown are indicative ranges and are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Outcomes depend on the jurisdiction, the publisher and platform policies, and removal cannot be guaranteed in advance.
